ALERT – IDENTITY THEFT MOST WANTED – WESTERN US

From Eugene Police Department
Suspect opened a Washington Mutual Bank account with a Social Security number of a Washington state resident. Using worthless checks from that account he bought and sold a number of vehicles from local dealerships and auto auction locations in Linn and Lane counties, causing tens of thousands of dollars in losses. He uses an Arizona drivers license.Warrants have been issued in Lane County for Ephrem. He also has outstanding warrants in Stockton Ca. and Eugene Or.

Suspect: Ht:5'7"; WT:190.

If you ask people what the purpose of a fire department is, you will always get the answer -"to put out fires." However the real purpose is to prevent fires so that they do not have to be put out.

KBC really wants people to prevent identity theft and a key step is to both eliminate paper documents and to shread all personal and financial paperwork before discarding. Dumpster diving is not a joke, its real and it works.

Shreading is a key to maintaining a secure personal identity.
